BANNERS FLYING HIGH

Flags originally were used mainly in warfare, and to some extent they have remained insignia of leadership, serving for the identification of friend or foe and as rallying points. (britannica.com)

At Global Impact we proudly display our flags as rallying points around these countries to show the love of Jesus through helping to meet their humanitarian aid needs. Each flag represents a country where GIMI has completed a project. Examples include provision of school buildings and supplies, a medical center, food, clothing, housing, and more. We display our flags high up in our Mission Center Warehouse, because that is where most of the preparation is done to fulfill these needs.

Let our flags be a sign to friends that we are here to help, but also to the enemy. We stand strong. We stand united. We stand on the firm foundation of Christ our Lord, and no one who is against Him will prevail.

We look forward to serving around the globe to bring help to those in need. Where HE leads, we will follow… and proudly lift our banner high! For His banner over me is love. (Song of Solomon 2:4)
