Meeting Medical Needs for Spiritual Healing
Lack of medical care is an immense issue in Togo, especially in the voodoo-ridden village of Vogan. In 2022, we built a hospital as the first phase in a 23-acre Medical Complex. After running many medical clinics with visiting doctors and nurses from the U.S.A., the main hospital building opened full time in 2023 with Togolese staff.
Grace Hospital Expansion
In 2022, we broke ground for a Surgical Center that will meet a great need.
At the end of 2024, a Maternity Ward was built and utilized immediately. The first beautiful baby boy was born on Christmas Eve. All babies born at the hospital receive a Bible and basic sanitary supplies for the parents to use at home.
We are assembling shipments of medical supplies and equipment to aid the hospital's operational needs.
Before patients are discharged, every single one receives one-on-one counseling from a hospital Chaplin. This ensures that they are not just introduced to medical care for their physical needs but are introduced to the Great Physician for their spiritual needs.
Plans are underway to build a Mission House on site to provide lodging for doctors and nurses traveling from the USA while serving on mission.
Other Ministries in Togo
God uses GRACE RADIO in the capital city of Lomé to reach those across three countries: Togo, Ghana, and Benin. This radio station is a vital avenue for sharing the gospel with those who cannot travel and those who are unable to read the Word. It also reaches countless listeners who are searching for hope, truth, and meaning in their lives.
Five CHURCH PLANTS have already been established in Togo. Additional congregations are being planned in more Togolese villages, as well as the neighboring country of Benin.
Our ULTIMATE GOAL in all Global Impact ministry efforts is to further the gospel and bring glory to God's name.
